NAHARLAGUN, Feb 17:

A leadership training programme for Booth Level Committee (BLC) of BJP Capital District unit was held here on Saturday, chaired by local MLA Techi Kaso in presence of BJP Vice President cum In-charge City Unit Kenyir Ringu as resource person at the conference Hall of Scouts & Guide at Polo Colony.

Reiterating that there is no shortcut to success, Kaso in his address stated that everyone can become a leader, but one should be committed, honest and disciplined towards his assigned duties and responsibilities.

Asserting that being a leader is one of the most difficult and rewarding positions, Kaso urged the BJP workers to think positive, stay united, be strong-minded and not be afraid of communicating the truth to the people. “The best way to serve the party is to first serve humanity and society for its holistic development,” he added.

 BJP Vice President, Kenyir Ringu informed that there are total 74 Polling Stations in capital complex, which she said can be only administered or managed properly if the workers work precisely with sincerity and unity.

She also called for concerted efforts from all workers in taking the pro poor schemes and programs to the doorsteps of the needy people to make PM Narendra Modi’s dream of new India a reality.

BJP Capital district President, Tarh Soping apprised that all PRIs members including IMC Councillors are working day & night with support of grassroots level  party workers for development of capital and state as a whole.

Former BJP President and Bio-Diversity Board Chairman, Tapen Siga who attended as resource persons dwelled on journey of Jan Sangh to BJP and  Western Parliament Vistarak Incharge, Dug Saha spoke on duties and responsibilities, while  former MLA,  Kipa Babu touched various development issues.
