Itanagar, Oct 22: The Food Corporation of India (FCI), Regional Office, Itanagar, has rolled out Special Campaign 5.0 across all its Divisional Offices and Depots in Arunachal Pradesh from October 2 to 31, focusing on cleanliness, efficiency, and timely resolution of long-pending matters.
A review meeting to assess the progress of the campaign was held on October 16, at the Regional Office, Itanagar, attended by senior officials.
During the campaign, special attention is being given to the disposal of e-waste and the clearance of pending files and references. During the campaign, it was urged that all officers and staff should actively participate in the initiative, emphasizing the need to resolve pending cases related to VIP and State Government references, inter-departmental matters, parliamentary issues, PMO communications, and public grievances.
It was also emphasized to simplify procedures, review records, and ensure the timely disposal of both physical and electronic files. The campaign further highlights the importance of making cleanliness a part of the daily work culture across all FCI offices and depots in the state.
Speaking on the occasion, the General Manager (Region) said, “Cleanliness and efficiency go hand in hand. Through Special Campaign 5.0, we are not only ensuring a cleaner workplace but also strengthening accountability and transparency in our operations.”
