ITANAGAR, Aug 29:The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) conducted one day workshop on “Women today: Issues and challenges in Arunachal with the

theme “AIDS is preventable but not curable”. The program was attended by Parliamentary Secretary, Karya Bagang and Jarjum Ete, President, Indian Council for Child Welfare, Arunachal Pradesh was the Moderator of the sessions.

Host of distinguished speakers including Special Secretary, Education, Mitali Namchoom was present on the occasion.

Students from various academy and schoolsparticipated in the long day session along with the executive members of AAPSU.

Bengia Mupu, Convenor of Women Wing of AAPSU highlighted aims and objectives of the workshop.
