ITANAGAR, Nov 7:Reiterating early arrest of culprits involved in the mysterious death of a young student, late Toko Yame, the East Kameng District Student Union on Tuesday has requested the Deputy Commissioner, Tawang for a swift probe to arrest the guilty quickly.

In a release, the union claimed that despite assurances, the District administration failed to trace the killers and has not succeeded in taking the investigation towards logical conclusion.

Alleging incompetency of investigating police team, it said that the police miserably failed to dig out enough incriminating evidence against the perpetrators who are at large since the past one and half month.

Late Toko Yame, a student of JNV Tawang went missing after a quarrel between students of JNV and Higher secondary school, Tawang on September 16 last. Later his semi-decomposed body was recovered near JNV School after nine days of rigorous search operation.
