NAHARLAGUN, Sep 26:
A three day Training Programme on “Basics of Computer Applications” in two batches, one for ministerial staff of capital complex heads of offices & HoDs and another for ministerial staff of district administration commenced at ATI Naharlagun today.
Dr. Marpe Sora, Sr. Assistant Professor and Gom Taye, Assistant Professor both from Rajiv Gandhi University, Doimukh are the resources persons. Altogether thirty participants are attending the programme.
Highlighting the importance of computer application in public delivery system, the Director ATI, Pate Marik described computer as an integral part of human activities and stated that it is mandatory for every government functionaries to acquire computer skills in order to maintain transparency in public delivery system.
He also emphasized to improve quality of service delivery by improving English language and equipping more rules and procedures which in turn will improve work culture.
