ITANAGAR, Nov 8:  Parliamentary Secretary for Home and Education Pani Taram inaugurated the Vth College week celebration of Government College Doimukh here today.

Attending the celebration as chief guest, Taram lauded the college authority for gaining the momentum of education and other extracurricular activities within a short span of its establishment. He further advised the students to maintain discipline and determination in their academic career to achieve their goals in life.

While responding to the memorandums, Parliamentary Secretary also assured the college authority for adequate furniture, books for library, bus, and auditorium as well as infrastructure development fund in SADA in next financial year.

Taram also inspected various ongoing infrastructure development of the college and assured the college authority to provide required assistance.

Among others, Registrar (In-charge) Rajiv Gandhi University Dr. Tamo Riba also attended the programme as guest of honour.
