Condemning the recent brutal killing of  student Toko Yame, APCC president Takam Sanjoy today said that it was unexpected from Tawang, the most peaceful destination in India.

      

The police firing on revered monks on 02.05.16 agitating against hydropower projects killing at least three and the present senseless killing  has tarnished the image of peaceful Arunachal Pradesh, he said.

 

       Sanjoy, who spoke to Yame's grieving father and Tawang DC, in a statement took a dig at the district administration for its failure to tackle the rising number of crimes and demanded  immediate steps not only to bring the culprits to book but also to help peace rule Tawang, the abode of Tawang Monastery.

      

When Tawang, the home district of  present chief minister always remain in media glare for all wrong reasons, what can be expected from other districts, he wondered?
