ITANAGAR, Jul 17: Kargu Kardi Students’ Union ( RTI) Cell  has submitted its representation to the Deputy Commissioner Cum District Vigilance Officer , Aalo West Siang district seeking immediate  investigation on the siphoning of public money worth Rs 30 Lakh meant for construction  of  Auditorium/Community Hall at Liromoba under  SIDF 2016-17”.

Refering to the  RTI documents, KKSU RTI Cell claimed that  said  work vide No.CD(PIG)324/2017(SIDF)   worth Rs. 30 lakh  was sanctioned  on   22/03/2017  and  the  Notice to proceed with the work in favour of  the contractor  was issued  on   29/03/2017 .However  the Finance & Physical completion report  of the same was submitted on  31/03/2017 by the Project Director, DRDA, Aalo.

Surprisingly, one more completion report had been issued duly certified by the then EAC, Liromoba, against another person for the same work on February  27, 2017. But interestingly , there is no  structure of Auditorium/Community Hall at Liromoba town till date  and lakhs of rupees meant for the development of the area has been siphoned off through fraudulent means by few people, alleged KKSU.
