DOIMUKH, Jul 16: A farewell programme was organized by the Rajiv Gandhi University fraternity today to bid farewell to Prof. Ranjit Tamuli, the former Controller of Examinations and senior professor of Commerce and Management of RGU. Prof. Tamuli has been appointed as Vice Chancellor of Dibrugarh University.
The Vice-Chancellor of RGU Prof. Tamo Mibang stated that RGU is proud of Prof. Tamuli’s appointment and termed it as a value-added achievement of RGU in general which in a way speak volumes of the University’s reach, and hoped that DU will see a new dawn under his leadership.
Prof. Ranjit Tamuli extended his gratitude to the University fraternity and the state in general for shaping him to this position.
Controller of Examinations in-charge Dr. Nani T Jose, Joint Registrar Dr. David Pertin, Deputy Registrars Kurian Thomas and Nangram Toglik beside other officers also spoke on the occasion.
