ITANAGAR, Sep 18: A condolence meeting was held at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar today to condole the sudden demise of Ms Kenbi Riram, an official of Governor Secretariat, who breathed her last on Sunday. The officers and staffers of Raj Bhavan observed two-minute silence and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul.

Governor PB Acharya and State’s First Lady Kavita Acharya, who are in Nagaland conveyed their sincere and heartfelt condolences to Smt Yaluk Riram, mother of Late Kenbi.

In his condolence letter, the Governor said that in her death, the Raj Bhavan has lost a sincere and dedicated staff.

Late Riram was a very hardworking official and a polite and kind hearted lady. Her sudden demise has caused an irreparable loss not only to your family but also in the Governor’s Secretariat particularly. Raj Bhavan will always cherish her fond memory, the Governor further said in his letter.
