SEPPA, Dec 13: General Election Observer (ECI) M Joy Singh along with District Election Officer Rajeev Takuk made a whirlwind tour of poll-bound areas of Pakke Kessang and Seijosa from Saturday last and took stock of almost all polling stations falling under the 12^th Pakke Kessang (ST) Assembly Constituency.

Assessing the readiness and availability of basic minimum facilities in the polling areas, the duo instructed the authority concerned for cleanliness of polling area and erection of barricade around some of the polling stations during polling time for security purpose. They further instructed for proper displaying of ECI logo and other related signboards in all polling stations.
