TAWANG, Oct 4:Parliamentary Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Phurpa Tsering paid a surprise visit to various health facilities under Tawang Constituency to learn about the quality of services provided to patients and the public. 

At Khando Drowa Sangmo District Hospital Tawang, he interacted with indoor patients, after which he had a brief interaction with the staffers. Reiterating on the nobility of the medical profession and the dedication of the state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu  to improve the healthcare system, he instructed the staffers to be sincere in their duties and assured of all possible help from the government.

He also visited  Khinmey Sangnag Choekorlling Monastery where he assured  to create a Sub Health Centre to cater to the needs of locals.

On the same day accompanied by District Medical Officer and DRCHO, he also visited Health Centres under Lumla Constituency.
