PASIGHAT, Dec 12:  Amid repeated problems faced by customers to avail smooth banking services, the State Bank of India, Pasighat Branch has been slammed for negligence and non performance.

While narrating about the hurdles faced routinely, Dy. SP (HQ) Anggit Taying, called the SBI officials including Chief Manager negligent towards their duties. “Not to talk of ATMs at Horticulture College gate, near SP office and near Axis bank (Banskota), even ATM services attached to the entrance of the branch fails to live up to public expectation,” said Taying.

He further appealed the concern bank officials to improve their response towards the public and provide uninterrupted services to customers.
