PASIGHAT, Oct 4:  In a major gathering of nearly 400 NCC cadets from East Siang, Upper Siang, West Siang, Lower Dibang Valley, Lohit and Upper Subansiri districts at Kendriya Vidyalaya here on 2^nd October, Swachch Bharat Abhiyan (SBA) was celebrated in full spirit where cadets carried out cleanliness drive and plantation programme.

The SBA celebration was held under the leadership of Col. PK Bhatt of 22 AP (i) Coy NCC Pasighat Co. and Pasighat East MLA cum Parliamentary Secretary for Disaster Management, Kaling Moyong graced the occasion as Chief Guest. He appreciated the effort of NCC and said that, NCC cadre should also be raised in all Secondary and Secondary schools.

Meanwhile, the Women Against Social Evils (WASE) Unit of Ngopok village under Mebo Sub-Division has also observed Gandhi Jayanti.
