ITANAGAR, Nov 21:Deputy Commissioner Itanagar Capital Complex , Prince Dhawan today launched a new district website for Itanagar Capital Complex (www.itanagar.nic.in). The DC informed that the website has been created with an aim that maximum information could be disseminated through a single portal for the convenience of the public. 

Some of the special features include the contact details of every department under the establishment of DC, ICC, link for online application of 
ILP, ST, PRC, income certificate, dependent certificate, death and birth certificate etc.

Citizens can also download ‘My Itanagar’ App through the website which has exclusive features with regard to Itanagar Municipal Council. 
It also has details of all the helpline numbers, details of websites of educational institutions of Capital Complex etc. Further, the details of special schemes of the government like CMs flagship programmes are also available. 
The detailed route plan for door to door garbage collection of each ward including the name of the lifting point, timing of vehicle etc along with the phone number of the driver has also been provided in the website.

The DC stressed that citizen should call the number of the driver of their concerned ward incase 
they don’t turn up to collect garbage. Moreover, any complaints, suggestion, feedback regarding IMC may also be registered through My Itanagar App, he 
added.
