YINGKIONG, Oct 3:  Minister, (RD,PR and cooperation), Alo Libang formally kicked off Mission Antodaya programme here at Pugging village of Upper Siang District  recently amidst huge gathering of HoDs, PRIs, villagers and students during the Golden Jubilee celebration of Government  Primary School Pugging.

Speaking on the occasion, Libang said that the objective of the 15-day programme of Gram Smridhi Evam Swachata Pakwada, which commenced from 1st October is an effort by the Centre to make the local communities active partners in development activities.

He further urged upon the gathering to avail this opportunity and become active partner in achieving total sanitation, health, education and livelihood sectors etc.
