ITANAGAR, Aug 17:A meeting was held today in the chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex Prince Dhawan with Aditya Udai Singh Wing Commander, 11 Airmen Selection Centre, Indian Air Force to discuss regarding the proposed Air Force Airmen recruitment rally to be held in Itanagar.

Slated to be held on November 4-5 next, the rally would be held to select candidates for Airmen Group ‘X’ (Technical) and Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) jobs for the youths of the state.

During the meeting, the Wing Commander sought cooperation of the district administration for organising the rally to which the DC assured that all help would be provided by the administration for the successful conduct of the rally. He also assured that maximum publicity would be provided so that the message would reach to every individual of the state. The DC has further appealed the youths of the state especially those unemployed to utilise the opportunity to get absorbed in the Indian Air Force.
