Seppa, Jan 15: A long cherished dream of the local populace has finally been fulfilled with the opening of Wire-Rope Suspension Bridge over Kameng River connecting Lellung village with rest of the East Kameng district on Monday last.

Meant for development only, the bridge project was made successful due to noble initiative taken by Parliamentary Secretary (RD & PR and IPR & Publicity) Mama Natung, who is also the local MLA of the area.

The bridge was constructed by the Public Works Department.

On behalf of the villagers, Mama Natung has expressed gratitude to CM Pema Khandu for supporting him in fulfilling the project.

Advocating the mantra of uniform development of all, Parliamentary Secy Natung stated that he accords uniform attention to every individual and treats every village and its entire people equally. Natung further assured to work even harder and bring more schemes for all round development of his constituency.

ZPM Dadi Rimo, PD (DRDA) Dahey Sangno, EAC i/c Pooza Natung, and host of HoOs, govt. officials, PRI leaders and public were also present in the inauguration function.
