ITANAGAR, Oct 26:A delegation of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) called on the Governor BD Mishra at Raj Bhavan today. The members of ABVP shared their concern on various issues, including insurgency and opium cultivation in the state.In the meeting, the Governor appreciated their concern and said that they the future of the nation and they must play their role as catalyst in the progress and development of society, state and the nation. They have a role and responsibility in addressing the social issues.

The Governor emphasized the need for utmost discipline amongst the students. He advised them to spread the message of transparency and accountability in all walks of life.
