ITANAGAR, Dec 8:The Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Naveen Verma called on the Governor BD Mishra at Raj Bhavan, Itanagar on 8^th December 2017. They discussed on issues related to the development of Arunachal Pradesh.

The Governor emphasised on the need to develop tourism industry in the State.

Reiterating on connectivity, the Governor said that roads and air connectivity schemes must be promoted by the Ministry of DoNER on priority basis for the State.

The Governor stressed on expediting the development projects under DoNER and NEC in Arunachal Pradesh.
