PASIGHAT, Aug 10:Following incessant rainfall in the region, flash flood swept through Siluk Village of Mebo circle of East Siang this afternoon. The swollen Silluk river inundated homes with water and also washed away the lifeline of Mebo circle, the Siku bridge which connects the area with Roing. 

Meanwhile there is no report of any casualties. Pasighat town is also reeling under water.

Earlier the District Administration had issued an alert to residents following heavy downpour.
