ITANAGAR, Nov 21:Informing that the mass transfer of teachers mid-session under rationalization policy by the Education Department is affecting the teaching-learning process under Seppa, the East Kameng District Students Union (EKDSU) has requested the Secretary Education to temporary suspend the transfer orders in the district and execute the same after annual examinations for the sake of students.
Recalling the below average performance of students across the district during the last academic session, the union has expressed fear that if the order is not withdraw immediately then this year results will be worse than the last.
It further stated that mid-academic session transfer is deeply worrying the students, who are preparing for annual examinations, which is just two months away.
