ITANAGAR, Oct 20:The XII-Pakke Kessang intellectual Forum, the XII-Pakke Kessang Youth Forum, The XII-Pakke Kessang Indigenous youth organization in a joint memorandum has reiterated their strong demand for early creation of Pakke-Kessang District.

The organization in fact claimed that the demands for creation of Pekka-Kessang was one of the long pending demand since 1997 and accordingly necessary administrative approval was accorded on decennial Nyishi Day on April 2017.

Further expressing their dismay over exclusion of Pakke-Kessang district in the recent Assembly session, the organization urged the government to look into the matter seriously.
