ITANAGAR, Oct 30:Questioning delay in construction of infrastructures of proposed Engineering College sanctioned at Toru under Sagalee circle, the Arunachal Pradesh Unemployed Engineers Association on Monday has requested the Chief Minister to direct the concern PWD department Sagalee to start the construction works, which is pending  despite receiving an amount of Rs 26 crores in the year 2015. It also claimed that the foundation stone of the said institution was already laid and inaugurated in 2015 by the then Chief Minister, Nabam Tuki, but the concern executing department is yet to start the work at the site.
