YUPIA, Oct 9:  Papumpare Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye along with all staffers today condoled the demise of Techi Yati Nabam. Late Nabam, an LDC in the Election Branch at ADC Office, Sagalee passed away on October 7 last.
