ITANAGAR, Oct 29:Popiriscope, the first-ever Cultural Journal of Apatanis launched on the occasion of Golden Jubilee celebration by Veteran Bollywood Actress Zeenat Aman was released by Puna Hinda, on Saturday at a city hotel amongst a gathering of members of the Apatani community.

Gyati Rana, Literary Secretary PSS cum Chief Editor, highlighted the objective of publishing the quarterly journal which aims to document all cultural aspects (both tangible and intangible) of Apatanis leading to cataloging of cultural heritage and for reference document of future generation. It also attempts to promote young writers by providing them a platform to exercise their writing acumen.
