ITANAGAR, Jul 18: In a representation addressed to Chief Secretary, the All Arunachal Pradesh Volunteer Youth Forum (AAPVYF) has called for strict implementation of rules of transfer and posting policy in the state.

Stating that many administrative officials despite completion of tenure of their postings hold on to their chairs by virtue of their kith and kin being proactive in political spheres, it called for timely transfer of such officials.
