WAKRO, Feb 1:
Mothers Vedatmaprana Mataji, Principal, Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Girls School, Khonsa and Prashantatmaprana Mataji laid the foundation stone for Maa Kali Temple at Beena Ghose Roy Enclave, Wakro in the presence of scores of children and community members.
Maa Vedatatmaprana Mataji who gave away annual prizes to girls of KGBV, Wakro on the auspicious occasion of Meeta Meet 2018 appreciated the services of the KGBV and Apna Vidya Bhavan schools.
In her address she asked the children not just to strive to be successful professionals but guided them to grow and remain as noble beings. She called upon all in the Meeta Meet to be reminded of the great deeds and guidance of Swami Vivekananda who had said that ‘all the religions of the world have become mockeries and that what the world needs is love and selfless service.’
Mataji also reminded the august gathering about the services and great sacrifices made by Sister Nivedita who had served Bharat with great devotion.
She also appreciated the services of the Bursar, Apna Vidya Bhavan who is an alumnus of the RKSM Khonsa girls school.
