PASIGHAT, Nov 3:  In two memorandums submitted to Chief Minister Pema Khandu here today, the Bogong Banggo Kebang (BBK) led by President, Oyem Dai and General Secretary, Mongol Gao reminded the state government for early laying of foundation stone of Pasighat New Market and urged to stop mid-session transfer of teachers under the guise of rationalization of teachers.

While briefing the core points of the memorandum to this reporter, Gao said that Khandu has already announced and declared for establishment of Pasighat New Market at ‘Giidii Notko’ (All community festival ground) and IGJ Govt. Hr. Sec. School ground during his previous visit here.

“Despite the file being cleared and processed on the part of DFO, Pasighat Forest Division and Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Itanagar being instructed from CMO, nothing is seen coming forth which will compel us to lay the foundation stone forcefully,” he added.

.Meanwhile, SMC Coordination Committee, Pasighat, East Siang Dist. led by Member Secretary, Mongol Gao has strongly reiterated for cancellation of mid-session transfer of teacher. “Several schools are getting affected due to the rationalization process during mid-session transfer which should be called off immediately,” he said.
