ITANAGAR, Jul 22:   Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC)  president Takam Sanjoy today slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for using money and muscle power in toppling the duly elected Congress governments in 2003 and in 2015.

Sanjoy  made these comments while addressing the Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting chaired by All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Rahul Gandhi in New Delhi.  He further added that BJP has never got them democratically elected in Arunachal through ballots but hijacked and sabotaged all elected Congress leaders and formed an unconstitutional government. However, the common people have not been isolated from the Congress party and still have faith on us.

APCC president also briefed the CWC about how the state BJP and Centre are hand in glove in corruption under the compensation amount meant for the Trans-Arunachal Highway.  Government has cheated the common people by not conferring compensation to the real beneficiaries but sanctioned crores of rupees to limited people who do not own lands in the area.

‘Acche Din has only fooled the common people, we the  Congress and citizens of Arunachal will give befitting reply to "money power” and “Aaya Ram and Gaya Ram” leaders in coming elections, asserted Sanjoy in a press statement.
