ITANAGAR, Nov 3:The state Bharatiya Janata Party today refuted recent report that 500 of its workers of 12^th Pakke-Kessang Assembly Constituency have joined the Indian National Congress.

As per our record, there was no such mass joining and the statement that appeared in some section of media seems to be the handiwork of some vested interests who are trying to spread false report of instability in the BJP in 12^th Pakke - Kessang Assembly Constituency, the party said in a press statement.

Except for few disgruntled elements, who could not cope with the rigour of discipline, work culture and ideology of BJP, may have left the party but all the other members remain loyal, the release further read.
