DCM reviews hydropower projects to strengthen state energy roadmap

The newly elected members of legislative assembly, BR Waghe and Kardo Nyigyor were accorded rousing welcome by BJP state unit in a mammoth gathering assembled here at the BJP Headquarters. on Monday.
In his address, BJP, Chief, Tapir Gao while congratulating both has attributed their winnings as due to selfless efforts and hard works put in by party workers at the ground level, who aggressively campaigned for them and exhorted the workers to maintain same spirit for upcoming legislative assembly election -2019.
“I salute my dedicated and hardworking BJP Karyakartas whose hard works and continuous efforts has led to these impressive victories,” added Gao while also conveying his gratitude to the people of both constituencies for reposing their faith on the party.
Extremely happy with the poll results, Gao said the results indicate a strong support for politics of good governance and development and asserted that recent victories were not on communal grounds or polarization but due to "politics of performance", and “Sabka Sath Sabka vikas”, " “team Arunachal Spirit”, which is the driving force of BJP.
Further wishing the duo all the best for their forthcoming tenure in governance, Gao exhorted them to strive hard to become a trustworthy leaders and work with full commitment towards fulfilling PM Modi's vision for development and new India.
In his address, BR Waghe while extending his gratitude to the people of Pakke-Kessang, pledged to carry out his duties and responsibility towards his people with honestly and assured to leave no stone unturned in taking forward the development journey of his constituencies.
Waghe, who is one of the senior most and trusted members of BJP and held prominent post during his long political career under BJP, has recalled contributions and sacrifices of past BJP leaders, presidents in development of the party in the state.
He credited his success in political career and where he is standing today as because of following advice of Senior Party workers and continuous support of his co workers etc in his journey.
Informing that he had gone through lots of hardship to get the position he reached today, Waghe claimed that the credit for its success in the recent bye-poll went to the BJP, president Tapir Gao and said that he could not do it alone without his guidance and support of party workers.
Further calling the BJP party an “institution”, Waghe exhorted the party workers to obey the duties and responsibilities given by the Organization with honesty and devotion to secure a good position in the party in near future.
Overwhelmed with magnificent welcome being given by party activists, Kardo Nyigyor pledged to work for their welfare with full commitment. “I will remain loyal to the party and do my best to fulfill the expectations of the party and my people,” he added.
Earlier in his welcome address, General Secretary, Jarpum Gamlin while congratulating both has termed Waghe a veteran leader, a very good friend and co-worker with a commitment, whom he believed 'will definitely bring substantial changes and development for his area and people.'
