ITANAGAR, Nov 17: Director Youth Affairs, DK Dinglow flagged off a nine member team on a 12 day Indo Tibetan Adventure Programme at Bhutan. The contingent comprising of 4 boys and 4 is led by In-charge Adventure Cell, Dr. K Romeo Meetei  and will participate in events like trekking, white water rafting, mountain biking and others.
