ITANAGAR, Oct 2:The Arunachal Jagran Manch(AGM) on Monday has appealed to the masses to “Say no to Chinese goods” and boycott everything that is of Chinese branding to teach China a lesson for its waywardness and repeated bids to encroach upon Indian Territory.

Addressing reporters at Arunachal Press Club, AJM, coordinator Bengia Agung accused China of taking advantage of the Indian market to develop its economy, while on the other hand engaging in illegal activities by trespassing into Indian Territory.

Agung highlighted that because of huge imports from China manufacturing sector in India is facing heavy losses and employment sector is under huge pressure.

“It is not only affecting the economic growth of the country, but has severely hit the traditional businesses in particular. This trend needs to be curbed, but it can only be done when every Indian supports and boycotts use of Chinese products,” he asserted.

Agung alleged that in addition to that, the people of Ladakh, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh are repeatedly facing Chinese atrocities in the border areas and the Doklam crisis is the recent example of attempt by China to sabotage Indian sovereignty.

He also accused China for launching a Water War with India and human rights violation in Tibet.

An awareness rally highlighting the same will be organized on October 20 next in state capital in which strong message will be delivered to the masses to ban Chinese goods & products, he disclosed.
