ITANAGAR, Dec 29:Arms license holders have been asked to generate Unique Identification Number (UIN) without which the licenses will become invalid. The last date for registration in the NDAL portal to obtain the UIN has been set as January 15, 2018.

In this regards, under secretary (Home), Habung Lampung in reference to the ongoing National Database of Arms License (NDAL) directive has appealed to all arms license holders issued by the various issuing authority, who have not submitted the duly filed up data form to submit the details of their arm license along with weapon details to the respective issuing authority before January 15, 2018.

Lampung further announced that those failing to register in the NDAL portal before the deadline will be considered as invalid and cancelled automatically.
