PASIGHAT, Oct 10:  While emphasizing for abiding with Arunachal Pradesh District based Entrepreneurs & Professional (Incentive, Development and Promotional) Act 2015, the All East Siang Registered Contractors’ Association (AESRCA) has strongly appealed fellow contractors of the state, especially from the state capital and Papum Pare based ones to regard and respect the firms of respective districts and areas.

AESRCA has shown serious concern over repeated interference of capital and Papum Pare based contractors and firms in East Siang and other districts even after coming up of Arunachal Pradesh District based Entrepreneurs & Professional (Incentive, Development and Promotional) Act 2015 to protect the interest of the respective district’s contractors and firms.

While taking reference of canceled NIT,  Oni Panyang, President, AESRCA has said that, now attempts are being made by the government to club together multiple works of districts to deem/set it fit for state level firms.

“However, we would like to appeal our fellow contractors from other districts or capital based one to respect and regard the firms of concern/respective districts.  As a registered firm, all the district based contractors are also equally qualified and fully equipped and responsible to take up any kind of construction works,” added Panyang.
