ITANAGAR, Aug 25: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) today organized a small but impressive unveiling ceremony of its Gift Coupon Prizes for the public in front of KFC Itanagar. The occasion was graced by Chief Councillor IMC, Kipa Kaku as chief guest in presence of President Hawa Bagang, General Secretary Tobom Dai among others.

The lottery (raffle draw) is part of AAPSUs Golden Jubilee Celebration to generate the fund that will be drawn on  15^th October 2017, coinciding the date of AAPSU’s adoption of its constitution at JN College, Pasighat 50 years ago i.e. 15^thOctober 1967.  

The union constitution was drafted by, the doyen of Arunachal literature, Late Lummer Dai.
