ITANAGAR, Dec 27: The All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) has vehemently condemned the rape and murder of teenage girl Nang Priya Mungyak and another incident of murder of Retim Jugli of Miao. AAPSU Women Wing President Rosy Rangai stated that the crime rate against women is rising in the state and appealed the state government and department concern to take up the matter. The AAPSU has also sought thorough enquiry and arrest of the culprit at the earliest in both the cases.
