ITANAGAR, Jun 6:  Amidst a huge gathering President Itanagar Market Welfare Association, Yumlam Achung inaugurated the amusement fair ‘Disney Land’ here today at India Gandhi Park.

Speaking on the occasion, Achung urged the public to maintain decorum while visiting the weeklong fair. ‘There is no other recreation center in state capital where people can visit and spend some leisure time with family and friends especially for children, so the ‘Disney Land’ is providing the much needed entertainment both adults and children,’ he said.

While urging the people to refrain from creating any kind of nuisance inside the area, Achung informed that beside security personnel, volunteers from IMWA will be there round the clock. He also appealed the parents to be cautious while visiting various activity areas to avoid any untoward incident.

There are dozens of activities zone where people and children can enjoy by paying a minimal fee. From ‘well of death’ to ‘magic shows’ everything will be in one place said, Disney Land Manager B Banerjee while adding that an exhibition of different products is also underway inside the arena.
