AALO, Aug 30: The Under 17 Subroto Mukherjee Football Cup for boys and girls got underway at Government Secondary School, Pakam after its inauguration by West Siang DDSE, Eto Ete today. Altogether ten boys and eight girls teams are in the fray to represent the district in the state level tournament to be held at Itanagar.
