                Naharlagun, Nov 3: The Department of Printing & Stationery in collaboration with the Department of Skill & Development and Entrepreneurship is jointly imparting two months skill and vocational training programme in Offset Machine Operation and Binding works.
Secretary IPR & Printing & Stationery Nyali Ete,while attending the inaugural ceremony at the conference hall of Printing and Stationery today congratulated the trainees and appealed to all to be careful while operating the machine and be attentive during the training. He also appreciated the trainees for showing interest in the program. 
While highlighting the importance of the training programme, Bullo Mamu Secretary Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, said this is the first time that two departments are conducting the training jointly. She urged the trainees to be honest, serious, dedicated and attentive during the two months training programme. 
Earlier, Joint Secretary Sibo Pasing, stated that skill and vocational training are important for everyone, stating “with your own skill you can easily find any employment anywhere.”
Altogether 35 members were selected for the training out of which 15 members are for offset training and 20 members for binding.
Under Secretary IPR and Printing, Director IPR Gijum Tali, Dy Director Printing and Stationery Heri Maring along with other officers also spoke on the occasion. DIPR
