NAMSAI, Jun 14:One day training in connection with special drive for enrolment of left out electors focusing on first time electors in the age group of 18-19 years was conducted on Wednesday in the office of the District Election Officer, Namsai. All the BLO’s from 47-Namsai (ST) Assembly Constituency along with representatives from various political parties were present in the Session.

ERO(HQ) J Pertin  requested all the BLO’s to discharge their duty with outmost sincerity so as to ensure no voters are left behind. She also sought cooperation from the office bearers of recognized political parties for successful completion of the task by appointing BLA’s against all the polling stations. She also appealed to the BLOs to take care of submission of form-7 which relates to the removal of dead voters in future.
