TAWANG, Jun 6: The BJP Tawang organised a programme under the banner ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas Sammelan’ to celebrate 3-year anniversary of BJP Government here in Tawang today. 

Over 1200 odd people from all walks of life which included BJP Karyakartas, Panchayati Raj members and public leaders of Tawang district participated in the event. 

MLA Tawang Tsering Tashi in his address listed out several achievements of Modi Government on social & economic front.   Highlighting the recent victory of the BJP government in the State of Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Manipur and Assam, he said, “Its a clear message from the people that they are happy with the Modi led Government”.  He further added, “India’s image internationally has been elevated because of Prime Minister Modi’s dynamic persona”. 

Elucidating on introduction of GDP, Make in India and Demonetization, Parliamentary Secy. RWD & Skill Development Jambey Tashi said, “Modi government has made landmark decisions that will in near future boost India's economy”. 

Japu Deru, MLA Bomdila & Advisor to Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh; Naresh Glow, Former Minister & Zilla Prabhari BJP Tawang and Sange Chhodup, District President BJP Tawang also deliberated on the achievement of the BJP Government. 

The commemoration of 3-year anniversary of BJP government in Tawang is one of the first in the nation after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country’s longest bridge in Assam on May 27 last to mark the successful completion of BJP Government.
