ITANAGAR, Jul 24: Chief Minister Pema Khandu will launch the Swacch Survekshan Grameen 2018 here on Wednesday.  This is a Central government programme to survey districts and states which have completed the Swacch Bharat Mission and rank them according to the success of the mission. The ranking of the districts and the states will be on the basis of quantitative and qualitative sanitation parameters. The top performing states and districts will be awarded on October 2. This was informed by the State Mission Director, Swacch Bharat Mission (Grameen) here today.
