CHANGLANG, Apr 11:

 

To strengthen the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) in the state we should shun from mixing politics and religion  as well  as to  clear the misconception  that BJP is against  other  religions,  said General Secretary  BJP State Unit, Jarpum Gamlin here today at Changlang while addressing the Mandal level party meeting  of both South and North Changlang mandal units  as part of a week-long tour to eastern Arunachal. 

 

He also elaborated the party ideology and importance of involvement of party workers in all activities. 'We should create awareness of all 83 projects and schemes being initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi led NDA government,’ he said while adding that ‘it is the duty of every party worker to ensure that all scheme should reach to the last person which is the main objective of the BJP and its founder Deen Dayal Upadhayay.’

 

 

While encouraging party workers, Gamlin stated that change will come if intentions are clear and all work hard to change society. He also urged the workers to pull-up their socks for the ensuing panchayat election and to win the election with a thumping margin.

 

Further, responding to the grievances of the mandal workers, Gamlin assured to look into their demands for mandal office and others in the district.

 

Earlier, President ST Morcha, BJP Changlang Unit, H Tangha also dwelt on the various activities being conducted by the party and sought proper guidance from the central executive to strengthen the grassroots level. 

 

Among others, representatives of Media Prabhari, Mahila Morcha, ST Morcha and other Mandal and district members attended the meeting .
