Itanagar, Sep 5: The Seva Bharati Arunachal Pradesh (SBAP) handed over essential medicines for free to the District Health Society, East Siang District, on September 3.
The medicines were received by Dr Komling Perme, DMO, East Siang District and his staff. Dr Kaling Jerang, President, SBAP, Sandeep Kumar, Convener, SBAP were present during the programme. Dr Perme thanked the SBAP for the free medicines and stated that it would be used in Free Medical Camps, to be conducted soon in interior villages of the district. Dr Jerang, while handling over the medicines informed that these medicines were donated by National Medicos Organization (NMO) which conducts a series of Free Health Camps (Dhanvantri Seva Yatra), every year in interior villages in Northeast India.
