ROING, Jun 20:DUDA Governing Body Meeting under the chairmanship of DC-cum-Chairman Deepak Shinde recently unanimously resolved to adopt DUDA, Roing Sanitation Byelaw-2016 in toto. The Byelaw shall be operational from July 1 next and will beapplicable to every public place within the jurisdiction of District Urban Development Agency Lower Dibang Valley, and the sanitation user charge shall be collected from every household, stakeholder, shop owner and land owner who is generating municipal solid waste within the urban area of Roing Township.
