AALO, Jun 7:The Sabka Saath Sabka Vikaas Sammelan held today at General ground Aalo highlighted the dawn of new developments, bold initiatives and exemplary governance by Narendra Modi led government at the Centre.

Gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest, Minister of State for Home, Kiren Rijiju disclosed that the government has taken bold and decisive initiatives to usher in a new era of development to bring India at par with the developed countries of the world.

‘Since communication holds key to all developments, Centre has pumped in crores of rupees to the state government to take up highway works and not a single highway project is kept pending at Delhi. Since contractors, executing agencies 
and money are under the disposal of state government, the state should now look into early expedition of works,’ the MoS said.

 He expressed his dismay over execution of PMGSY schemes for which he could garner a whooping 195 crores from the Centre for roads and bridges for Arunachal 

Pradesh adding that ‘fighting for basic amenities is a sad thing when people have gone to the moon in this age of technology.’

He further disclosed that under CSR schemes many latest 
types of equipment have been made available to the General Hospital Aalo and asked the Medical fraternity to make best use and assured to construct Nursing Hostel through IOC 
and appealed coordination at all levels to implement the developmental schemes.

Government is bringing out series of Aadhar Card link regulatory measures for the welfare of the people of India through Digital India and Ujjwala Yojna will be soon launched at Itanagar to benefit the BPL people. He also assured to take up Nigmoi-Aalo Road through NLRCP at an 
estimated amount of Rs.19 crores.

MLA Aalo East, Jarkar Gamlin pointed out burning issues like water scarcity at Aalo township for which comprehensive proposal to the tune of rupees 155 crores is still lying pending and urged Rijiju to look into the Rupees 30 crores PWD proposals for undertaking 12.75 KM CC road pavement within Aalo township.

West Siang ZPC, Yaman Bagra stressed on complete devolution of powers to Panchayats to gear up development for the poor people and stressed on a connecting road from Nigmoi to Aalo. District BJP President Yomto 
Jini and General Secretary cum spokesperson, Nyakar Rakshap also spoke on the occasion.

 

At YINGKIONG,

Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas Sammelan highlighting the plan and policies and achievement of central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi on successful completion of 3 years held at community Hall, Yingkiong on Tuesday. Minister Power (Elect), Industries etc, Tamiyo Taga, Minister RD & PR, Alo Libang, MLA Olom Panggeng, State Secretary BJP Ojing Tasing among others attended the programme.

Highlighting about the many social welfare schemes initiated by the Centre, Taga also spoke about the achievement of the Jan Dhan Yojana in which 24 crore population have been covered in opening Bank Accounts to do away with cash transaction of the scheme which was a cause of corruption.

Libang on his part stressed on the need for harnessing ‘Yuva Shakti’ in constructive activities for the progress and prosperity of the nation. He also stressed on the need to maintain quality of works without which payment shouldn’t be made to eliminate corruption to be monitored through Geo-tagging. He urged the officers and PRI members to bring awareness to the people about the schemes at the rural areas.
