ITANAGAR, Mar 30: The grounds of the Ramakrishna Mission Hospital were filled with a profound sense of pride today as the community gathered for the Somnath Swabhiman Parv. The afternoon began with the grounding hum of Vedic chants by Swami Jyotirajananda, Swami Devdevashananda, and Swami Divyavidyananda, setting a meditative tone that carried through the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Chief Guest Dr. Narendranath S; Director, NERIST and. Mamata Riba, Secretary Art and Culture. Between the soul-stirring "Dwadash-Jyotirlinga" chants by the Vivekananda Circle and a calming meditation session led by Poonam Aggarwal, the air was thick with devotion.
