ITANAGAR, May 30: In a presentation to Chief Minister Pema Khandu ,the elected Panchayat leaders of 16- Yachuli constituency has urged to reconsider the recent cabinet decision to establish Divisional Commissioner (West) and DIGP (West) at Yupia.
PRI leaders stated that on 6th March 1999 Mukut Mithi the then Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh had laid the foundation of the Divisional Commissioner (West) at Yachuli following which, more than 200 hectares of land is already under the possession of Divisional Commissioner (West) and DIGP (West) at Yachuli.
They further asserted that infrastructure has also been developed accordingly.
